Week 4: Quarterbacks

Tom Brady is off this week.  Roethlisberger is out for a few weeks.  Let’s take a look at week 4.

1. Aaron Rodgers

2. Andrew Luck

3. Matt Ryan

4. Cam Newton

5. Andy Dalton

Fresh off a 5 TD performance, Green Bay heads to San Francisco.  The 49ers are not a good team and I expect the Pack to roll despite playing last Monday night.  Luck’s shoulder is apparently an issue.  If he’s okay, Colts should finally bust out at home.  Matt Ryan heads home and should continue hooking up with Julio Jones.  Cam Newton is the Carolina offense.  He’s a must start against a bad Tampa team. He could find himself in good field position a lot with Tampa’s weak offense.  That suits Newton’s team right now with the lack of weapons for Cam to utilize.  Andy Dalton was great in Baltimore.  Back home the Bengals welcome the Chiefs who have given up ten TD’s to QB’s this season.  Sean Smith is back for KC.  Cincy is playing great on offense and still have a lot of weapons.

6. Peyton Manning

7. Carson Palmer

8. Russell Wilson

9. Tyrod Taylor

10. Philip Rivers

The Broncos can’t run the football.  Manning has to pass for them to win.  He finds Sanders and Thomas early and often again this week.  Palmer and Fitzgerald have been putting up big number the last two weeks.  Tyrod Taylor has been a good fantasy quarterback this season.  Sammy Watkins is iffy, but Harvin and Woods should step up in his absence against the leagues worst passing Defense.  Rivers had a bad week 3.  At home against Cleveland he should bounce back and find Allen and Johnson quite a bit.

11. Blake Bortles

12. Sam Bradford

13. Joe Flacco

14. Eli Manning

15. Brandon Weeden

Blake Bortles should throw a lot in this one if the Colts get up early.  Bradford is on the road in Washington.  the offense found the running game last week and hopefully the passing game isn’t far behind.  Weather could be an issue.  Manning is always a threat with Beckham on the field.  Randle had a great week 3 and Cruz should be a go also.  Still a tough matchup in Buffalo.
