Week 7: Runningbacks

Doug Martin is back.  Chris Ivory has been great and should do well in Foxboro.  The KC runningback situation is an ugly mess.

1. Todd Gurley

2. Le’Veon Bell

3. Chris Ivory

4. Devonta Freeman

5. Adrian Peterson

Gurley gets a week of rest and faces the Browns at home.  Expect bigger things down the stretch of the season.  Bell had a low scoring week.  He will still be the focus of the offense in the pass and run game.  Things could really open up if Jones can run the offense better than Vick has.  Freeman continues to produce and is the clear-cut lead back the rest of the way.  Tennessee is poor against the run.  Peterson’s season has been up and down.  He’s rushed for over 100 yards in two games.  I expect he’ll do that this week against Detroit who’s giving up 27.8 points per game and near the bottom against the run.

6. Lamar Miller

7. Doug Martin

8. Lesean McCoy

9. Dion Lewis

10  Mark Ingram

Miller and the Dolphins bounced back.  Back at home I expect things to stay positive against Houston.  They are middle of the pack against the run.  Miller had a season high Rush yards and attempts.  Miami will keep using him.  Hopefully martin doesn’t cool off after the bye.  Washington has a tough defense.  But can be run on.  Martin remains a must start after his previous performances.  McCoy looked fast out of the gate last week.  They’re going to need him against Jacksonville with multiple offensive weapons out.  Dion Lewis should be catching passes a lot this week.  He’ll get his share of carries and can always turn one into a big play.  Mark Ingram has been the most reliable Saints player this year.

10. Arian Foster

11. Marshawn Lynch

12. Latavius Murray

13. Danny Woodhead

14. Chris Johnson

15. Christine Michael

Christine Michael has been getting the first team reps in Dallas.  He’s got big time fantasy potential with Dallas’s talented offensive line.  Make sure he’s not a free agent in your league.  Start him as an RB2 or Flex this week against New York.

16. Frank Gore

17. LeGarrette Blount

17. Justin Forsett

19. Duke Johnson

20. DeMarco Murray

21. Melvin Gordon

22. Alfred Morris

23. Carlos Hyde

24. Theo Riddick
