Week 15: Runningbacks

Gurley came back to life last week.   Crowell went nuts for those who started him.  It’ll be a different story in Seattle.  James White gets a boost with Blount out.

2. David Johnson

3. Todd Gurley

4. Eddie Lacy

5. Doug Martin

Peterson was solid against the Bears the first time they played.  I expect more from him at home this week. David Johnson will continue his very nice stat lines Sunday night in Philly.  around 20 carries and a handful of receptions and he may finally eclipse 100 yards rushing.  Lacy was very good against the Cowboys.  Hopefully it will keep going without any bumps in the road.  Martin in the done Thursday night against the Rams should be a battle of the backs.  Gurley came back to life last week and I expect both backs to be featured.

6. Devonta Freeman

7. Lesean McCoy

8. Lamar Miller

9. Chris Ivory

10. Matt Forte

I’ve got a lot of questions about Forte this week. Minnesota is giving up an average of 114 yards per game on the ground.  Forte should get more work this week after only 10 carries against Washington.  Langford owners may want to flex him.  Scoring is what separates these two at this point.  Forte’s carries should increase to the 15-17 range this week.
