Odell Beckham Jr. is becoming this seasons best late bloomer.  He’s a must start.  Fellow rookie Jordan Matthews was Mark Sanchez’s favorite target.  Kelvin Benjamin continues to produce for a weak Panthers offense.  Cook’s owners hope for a repeat with Cincinnati in town.
